March 1st to March 28th 2026 shop opening - Shipping Notice:
For order that don't include preorder: please note that I don't mail orders immediately, I will be making one shipment for orders made before March 18th, everything else will be shipped after shop closing, from March 28th onwards.
For order that include preorder: will be shipped from mid April to late May.
Shipping orders out might take several weeks, so please be patient! Feel free to contact me if you'd like to inquire about the status of your order.
Estimated time table for shipping:
Attention! Due to current circumstances, it is impossible to mail orders to the following destinations: United States, Israel, Crimea. If you are in these countries, please refrain from ordering.
Mail service towards Ukraine, Belarus, Russia is subject to severe delay or lost/returned packages, requesting tracking is recommended.
Europe and Mediterraneum: 4 to 30 working days
Everywhere Else: 6 to 60 working days
Please note that these time tables are indicative, and they don't account for delays (holidays, pandemic, etc.) or time that your package might spend held in customs. Sometimes a package can take over 2-3 months to arrive.
Shipping method:
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are sent via Priority shipping which is NOT TRACKED.
Tracking:
By default, orders are shipped WITHOUT TRACKING.
If you wish to add a tracking number to your package, please add "ORDER TRACKING" to your cart. Please select the correct fare, otherwise I will not be able to add tracking to your order. If you are confused about which fare is the right one for you, feel free to contact me.
Refunds:
I don't offer refunds, unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as: the item you purchased is actually out of stock, or I can't ship to your country due to Covid-19 or similar restrictions.
Exchanges:
Exchange requests are currently not allowed.
Additions:
If you forgot to add something to your order, you can place a second order on the shop, and leave a note about it. I can offer a partial refund on the shipping of the second order (after calculating the final shipping fee). Otherwise, please contact me via the Contact page.
Package goes missing after 3 months from shipping date:
Although the chance for untracked packages going missing is really low, it is something that can happen and I am unable to do anything on my side to retrieve your package.
I cannot offer refunds on untracked orders, however, I can offer a replacement if you are ok with paying for shipping a second time. This is, of course, subject to leftover stock, as many items in my shop are low stock or going out of print.
The same applies if your package is badly damaged from poor handling by the courier.
If you know your local postal service is unreliable, I recommend contacting me to ask for a Tracking Number.
