August 25th to September 20th 2026 shop opening - Shipping Notice:

For order that don't include preorder:  ready-to-mail orders will ship every two weeks.
For order that include preorder: will be shipped from October to late November.

Shipping orders out might take several weeks, so please be patient! Feel free to contact me if you'd like to inquire about the status of your order.

Please note that delivery estimates are indicative, and they don't account for delays (holidays, pandemic, etc.) or time that your package might spend held in customs. Sometimes a package without tracking can take over 2-3 months to arrive.

Shipping method:

Standard: national post without tracking code, take at your own risk.

National Post: national post with tracking code.

Courier: DHL, UPS or EMS depending on the destination, with tracking code.

Inpost: point to point, with tracking code. You can use this website to check if there's a point near you. Available to Italy and some EU countries.

note: currently the only available option to United states is DHL.

Refunds:

I don't offer refunds, unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as: the item you purchased is actually out of stock, or I can't ship to your country due to Covid-19 or similar restrictions.

Exchanges:

Exchange requests are currently not allowed.

Package goes missing after 3 months from shipping date:

Packages going missing is something that can happen, especially with untracked orders, please note that I cannot offer refunds on untracked orders, however, I can offer a replacement if you are ok with paying for shipping a second time. This is, of course, subject to leftover stock, as many items in my shop are low stock or going out of print.
If you know your local postal service is unreliable, I recommend picking a Tracked option.
